Common questions

Why one-time payment instead of subscription?

Most people want a one-shot audit and cleanup — not perpetual surveillance. Subscription pricing locks people in for an "ongoing service" most don't need. We scan once, hand you the playbook, and you're done.

Can I scan someone else?

No. We require email verification of the account being scanned. We refuse to be a stalking tool. If a username doesn't match a verified email, we don't scan.

What if a site refuses my deletion request?

The playbook covers fallbacks: GDPR right-to-be-forgotten requests (works in EU/UK and many US states), Google search index removal, Wayback Machine takedowns, and direct legal templates.

How is this different from running Sherlock CLI myself?
